It's a Mad Pig Thumper. Pretty well known lever action custom shop based in CT. One of their rifles was notably featured in the latest John Wick movie. Still 100% outrageously priced, but not a regular Marlin.

It’s a Marlin that’s been outfitted by a company that does aftermarket upgrades. Kind of like ZevTech or Taran Tactical for Glocks.
