NS 522 Bolt problem (I have made a video)

It's normal Norinco QC.....the bolt will smooth up with use, but if you haven't taken it apart and cleaned/lubed you probably should do that.
The floppy handle after firing is due to a sloppy cut in the bolt handle that engages the firing pin, should be tighter tolerances then that, but again....$200 Chinese gun, you can't expect it to be perfect lol

Is there something i can do to fix it?

The cut out on the bolt that surrounds the firing pin protrusion would need to be welded and recut so it fits tighter. Not worth the hassle....welcome to the Norinco world.
It's annoying but not going to cause any functional or safety issues. It's just typical sloppy work you see on Chinese guns. Bet it shoots just fine.

Mines exactly the same. The bolt is a little rough, but I wasn't expecting buttery smooth out of a $200 gun.

I actualy found my JW-25A much smoother out of the box. I'm wishing now I had ordered another JW-25A maybe they will have another re-sale on these like they have the 522 and 20.
