ok, just bought an NS522 off a fellow gunnutter who kindly sold off an extra he had, and at a very nice price too, [thanks brutha].
bolt responsibly shipped out of the rifle. after unpacking i finally got it in - after much fiddling.
dry fired it for function. everything looking/working just fine.
so, next day the noobie is at it again doing a bolt insertion [the bolt twist maneuver], and voila, the bolt comes apart in my hands.
after 45 minutes of wrestling (with very colourful language ;-) i had gotten nowhere.
it all goes back together but the knurled endcap won't stay on, ...pulls off with a light yank, and bolt disassembles.
what am i missing? anyone else have to solve this mystery too ?
