Some new matches. See Match 68, based on the sighting shots in the precision matches. Also, CF/RCMP shooters, note the DM matches.
 
nice, glad to see the results of a few very good conversations with Keith C, Tiriaq, et al come to pass. I hope everyone has fun with these matches unfortunately I will not be around this year to try them! :(

Enjoy building up the future champion because I did the same with my sons on the weekends... lots of training activities were trialed with them at my home range. When my 13 year old son wanted to try Precision Rifle matches with the ORA, we went out every single match. He used a Win Model 70 Coyote .223 with a 24" med profile 1 turn in 9" twist barrel launching the 75 gr Amax bullet. We completed the ORA PR match Championship one year in 4th place. A great moment for being a dad! :D

My son was not only a great trigger squeezer... he could spot super well and then..... :eek:

And the best part is that he could correct my shots during the 500 Snap matches back when we used the fig 11 AND the fig 12C (little guy) targets. He was giving me poop for not coming DOWN 2 MOA like he suggested. When the scores were radio'ed back, I missed the 5 shots on the 12C, but put all 5 shots on the fig 11 up in the chest line. :eek:

My son was right! 10 inches high! It was a "fatherly" moment! :)

Enjoy your son, LS! It's only temporary.
