Sucks that Travis is on his small arms right now, this just may have been his year.

I would have like to have Travis, White, Marty, Roy ,Chi there shooting as well. Would have made a great match. As well I'm sure it would have had Brown, Legg, Kennedy and myself shooting maybe a little harder. Anyway this year is done and CFSAC has a bright future I'm sure we have many more "V"5's ahead of us all.

Just wondering if they have tenative dates, etc for 2008 ???

It was mentioned by the Director of Army Competitions that it may be a week later next year. That would put it around the 6th-21st of Sept 08. NSCC..6-13...and CFSAC 14-21...Now this is "Tenative" and not written in stone so lets not go off the deep end.

The Admin Instructions for CFSAC '07 stated the following:

In order to provide advance notice for planning purposes, team captains, units, formations and higher headquarters are asked to take note that the CFSAC 2008 will occur from 8 to 14 Sep 08 and it will again be preceded by the DCRA NSCC or practice period from 2 to 7 Sep 2008.

So people should be speaking with their COC's soon to get this into their units planning calendars soonest.
