Looks like there is *some* good stuff there - strengthening licensed checks - but the rest is BS filler. Like why limit the amount of firearms a person can own? If a baddie has 4 or 400 firearms, that’s not going to change the number they bring with them to do something bad, which would almost certainly be less than 4 anyways.
