I've taken, from conversation with Melvin Forbes, that he is set up to export to Canada without problem and has a broker on both sides of the border that he deals with.
His rifles are "made to order" so unless used are tough to find anywhere retail. You order directly from him.
His web site has a price list and for what they are they're a bargain IMO.
