I've heard that Wholesale has them for $10/100 which is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, it is the only place I have heard actually has any. The Lethbridge black powder club has been trying to source some in bulk for over a year without much luck.

I've seen them at Cabelas. You can order them online. If memory serves me right, they were $7.99 or $8.99.

You might want to consider converting your ML to 209 shot shell primers. It's much easier to buy shot shell primers and a lot cheaper.
