For the price, I would check out the SiOnyx Aurora monocular. Lots of videos out on them on YouTube. The base unit Sport costs about $399 US and is not ITAR controlled according to their website. Problem is the Sport model is only available in white right now. I have asked them and they stated that they are looking at other color options this year.

for the price of $799 Aurora (which is weapon rated vrs the handheld that isn't) I would go with the ATN 4K
