$300.00 for a Nylon 66, holy mackeral, that's seems like a lot of money for a rifle that can be generally had out west for less than $200.00. Hope this pricing continues upward as I have 2 of them that might be for sale. FS
Making a stock is not an option. The "stock" on a 66 is also the housing for all the mechanical components.
Call Jason at Gunco in Nepean. He has had new replacement stocks in the past.
As Sunray pointed out, transplanting the parts from the broken rifle to the new stock is an adventure. Don't even consider doing it without a good schematic at hand.

It has a lot of sentimental value to the family. The stock is cracked though and I cannot find a spare around anywhere. I even asked on rimfirecentral. Anyone know of where I might be able to search for one?
It'd be neat to have one carved or made out of newer synthetics but I doubt that'll happen... lol.
