NZ85b VS NZ75??

I'm hearing alot of talk on this board about the NZ85b and what an excellent value it is. there is meny positive comments from lots of different people. but I havent heard a peep about the NZ75 so far. as far as I know it's the same gun (minus the ambidextros features). so why hasent anyone bought one? is there some staggering difference in workmenship or somthing? or is it that people simply like the two handed features and the rounded hammer or the NZ85b? maby we can hear somthing from some owners? I would appriciate some input befor I make any choices.

I think most prefer the frame mounted safety of the 85. The other clone is more a copy of the FIE version. It has it's own following, but the NZ-85 is more faithful to the origional.
 
I was thinking of getting a NZ-75.

But what do you mean frame mounted safety, how is it different that the NZ-75?

I mean they are the same price at Marstar, so I may as well get something better, but just want to know the differences.

Overall, what do people think of the Norc clones? Are they reliable? I know they are rough around the edges, but something decent for a first time hand gun owner. I've shot the CZ-75 and it fits me really well, so I assume the NZ75/85 would fit the same.
 
I believe the 75 model safety is simply a firing pin block. Turn it, lower the hammer under control, and turn the safety back. So only double to single action. I think you should note the amount of metal the frame has on each model. The 75 has the least. It is more TZ than CZ and TZ means Tanfoglio.

The origional FIE using this type of safety was a true hammer drop, not a hammer block.

I'm sorry. I don't know exactly what you mean. The FIE imported Tanfoglio pistols from a hammer down condition would require a double action pull for the first shot, unless thumbed back, and from then on fire single action unless the safety was applied. Just like a Beretta, only funny looking.:p
