If it’s low round count then it should be slightly stiff to open and close. Check for obvious damage, wear or stock splits and from there your pretty much on your own.

Looking at a citori 725 adjustable
Comb 30” 12 gauge 3” walnut. Anything I should look at when purchasing used with a low fire count?

Look at the lever position and is it stiff to open and close, after being lubed? I checked one for a member of our group, and it fell open after I lubed the hinge pin. It was still in good condition, just not as low of a round count as he thought.
