For trap, is there a preferred barrel to shoot from.?

Thanks..reading my manual today it confirms the same thing..what choke should I use in the bottom..mod?

Modified is a good choice for 16 yard trap.

Agree but if it is only for fun I normally switch back and forth round to round just to keep the use more balanced on the firing pins etc

personal preference has a lot of bearing on which barrel you use also. I use bottom out of my Browning, and the top when using my cousin's Baikal. just give both a try and find what's best for you.

I have used both for years. I guess it would come down to preference for most, but for me it doesn't matter.
