Odd noise during full length sizing - Looking for help to diagnose issue

Glad to see you found the problem, forgot to mention that I have been using Imperial Sizing Wax for yrs and use a bore brush with a bit of wax also to clean the inside of the brass, no more stuck brass except for the nickle plated stuff that I trashed, they were loaded rds also and we saved the bullets and powder.

I'd suggest polishing the inside of your dies now that you've found the problem, they could probably use it at this point.
I use a nylon brush wrapped in a couple of cleaning patches saturated with Brasso, then turned with a cordless drill. A bore mop would work too.

For sizing, all I've ever used is the plain old Lee paste lube, rubbed on with my fingertips in a thin film.
The inside of the necks get a swipe of RCBS case lube with a Q-tip.
Simple, low tech, and effective.

Redding/Imperial Bio-Green is 100 time the lube that Imperial sizing die wax ever was; and I can say that with a straight face after using ISDW for decades. If you ever have a real or imagined hard sizing or case extraction problem give it a try; it'll be the best 10 bucks you ever spent.

"Plant Based". Bet it contains Castor oil.

Been useing the same 2oz rcbs lube for almost 40 years. About 200 rounds a year. For neck lube I use a couple of drops a year on next sized up nylon bore brush screwed in right by the lube pad.
