Glad to see you found the problem, forgot to mention that I have been using Imperial Sizing Wax for yrs and use a bore brush with a bit of wax also to clean the inside of the brass, no more stuck brass except for the nickle plated stuff that I trashed, they were loaded rds also and we saved the bullets and powder.

Another suggestion is to get a carbide expander for the RCBS. This is why I prefer Forster dies.
I'd suggest polishing the inside of your dies now that you've found the problem, they could probably use it at this point.
I use a nylon brush wrapped in a couple of cleaning patches saturated with Brasso, then turned with a cordless drill. A bore mop would work too.
For sizing, all I've ever used is the plain old Lee paste lube, rubbed on with my fingertips in a thin film.
The inside of the necks get a swipe of RCBS case lube with a Q-tip.
Simple, low tech, and effective.

Redding/Imperial Bio-Green is 100 time the lube that Imperial sizing die wax ever was; and I can say that with a straight face after using ISDW for decades. If you ever have a real or imagined hard sizing or case extraction problem give it a try; it'll be the best 10 bucks you ever spent.
