I've got a Mossberg 640K with a very short dovetail for rings. For newer shorter scopes that puts the scope too far forward.

I'm looking for a mount that will bring scope back but not cost as much as the scope.
Any ideas for Low and offset inexpensive 1" for a rimfire dovetail?

Dovetail to picatinny adapters and a cantilever mount could work. Alternatively, a longer dovetail clamp adapter rail to picatinny and separate rings may give you more adjustability for eye relief.

They only seem to be available in the US or from Amazon again US for avreasonable price for air rifles. They serm to srart at 150 here.
They don't make them anymore, and I'm not keen on a 50-60yr old 3/4" long straight tube rimfire scope.

BKL offers some interesting options. Sometimes opting for a shorter scope + offset rings can get you where you need to be? I've used several of these;

https://www.bkltech.com/1inch-Scope-Rings-and-Mounts-for-3-8-and-11mm-Dovetail-s/57.htm

I have also used these specific ones (on the next page);

https://www.bkltech.com/BKL-1-Offset-Dovetail-Rings-p/bkl-274.htm I have a rifle still wearing them.

If the offset ring in the set was available on it's own, you might have another option still. (using 2 of them)

The long story is I already have a gun and scope with a set of Hawke rings like the BLK 274 that I paid way to much for and only half arse work, they don't get quite far enough back.
I now have another gun on the way (mossberg 340 but the same mount as the 640).
I'm have a thing for leupold M8 6x (which is on my vixen 222 also) and I'd like to have the same sight picture on both or all (looking for a higher power M8 for the 222, then move the 6x to the 340). I do have a Simmons #1007 with a bit more eye relief but try to find another one.
I've had enough bad luck with Banners and Weavers that I'd rather get what I like instead of another cheap headache.
So that leaves me with the problem to get the scope shifted back for proper eye relief.

I have couple "cantilever" style single piece scope mounts and on one of my airgun really needed a scope pulled back shorter .
Something like these shall work for you. This is an example only to get a picture about:

Also, from amazon you can get some of these pretty inexpensive.

Thanks bigHUN, they look like pic rail and I have a 3/8" dovetail on a 22rf and wmr. The only one I can find is from Ohhunt, but they're in US and Europe. The website mentions Canada as a shipping address, can I get them shipped here?
And does anyone have any experience with Ohhunt?

I tried a couple a ways back and had paralelizm issues, unable to zero either of them for windage. Some mentioned that use a weaver adaptor; then scopes start getting too high on the rifle. I would suggest a longer eye relief scope/scout scope; keep it mounted forward and have no issue with eye relief.

I bought 2-3 of these along my research until I got to a level I started accepting the accuracy.
I believe that under $100 for a mount not much to expect.
You will need to decide burning money on several cheap mounts or get a good one at a first step.

This has been working well enough for me
