i don't really think so seeing that it says "This product cannot be shipped outside the USA." :(

I'm sure Questar could do something about that! I'm in, saw this a while back and thought it was sweet!

LOL

Well, I'll tell you what: if Questar confirms they can import them, I'll strongly consider buying one.

This is just too good to pass up!

I think the personalized serial number should go something like this:

ZT-C. U.N.T-1, ZT-C. U.N.T-2 ahh you get the picture!

Did that sweeten the group buy idea?

Couldn't Dlask make a bunch of receivers up like that? At least then you wouldn't have to worry about any importing BS.

you'd like them to work right?

I'd love to see our logo for C.U.N.T. on their, along with our unit in the serial number.

importing bs would be the more prefferable of the two.

Full length railed free float tube for sale

The OK news and the BAD news:

this P.O.S. is genuine ISLAND BUILT. For the uninitiated that means that even though it is possible to mount to your rifle and LOOK like a decent tube (yeah ray, i know, but if you didn't know it was i.b. and you where say 10 ft away and you squinted a bit) but there are ISSUES

b0ef2190.jpg

(see, if you're far enough away it looks ok)

Actually, since WG and i (my contribution ammounted to passing him tools) spent an entire afternoon:mad: struggling to install it (bbl nut drilled too deep:rolleyes: but problem now solved), it has fulfilled the function of floating the barrel.:)

the rails are typical out of spec i.b. although everything i've tried will fit on the rails, at times the fit is...ahem...tight. like so tight you wonder if the throw lever will snap. the more in spec your accessories are the harder it will be to mount them:rolleyes: . thumbscrews help alleviate but NOTHING will obviate the dissapointment....:(

but wait, that's not all....

the rails are also MISALIGNED...thats right gun fans, not only do you get out of spec rails:rolleyes: , you get them mounted off BOTH axis'  AND as if this where not enough, you get to watch them vibrate loose under use every 500 or so rounds:rolleyes: . loctite helps alleviate but NOTHING will obviate the dissapointment.:(

(picture therapist leaning back in chair and tapping notebook with pen - "hmmm, there seems to be a pattern to your dissatisfaction)

now i admit..you can mount things like a flip up site and zero your rifle. ditto for a laser or whatever...just don't take it off because repeating zero has proven....difficult (of course position changes are out since the rails aren't on straight) + :(

when we took it off my rifle yesterday we marked/tore up the cheap s**t alloy of the lock ring pretty good. still functions but looks crap.:(

almost forgot to mention that since i.b. rails are taller than spec:rolleyes: , they don't match the height of your flat top upper.:(

So there you have it:

:) (and he's not even a :D)
  (there where two of us installing so it should really be +:mad: )

:( :( :( :( :(

you too could have the above grouping of emoticons FOR YOURSELF...and all for less than i paid - yours for $250.00

BUT WAIT

act NOW and i will acknowledge your sacrifice by taking $50 off the price...no $60, no wait...$75, yes that's right...i'll take $75 off for the total price so it can be yours for $175.00

AND THATS NOT ALL

i know you'll be SO dissapointed that i'll ship it express post FOR FREE.

consider yourself warned - pm's if stup..i mean interested.

true, i wonder if they would do a PE90:)

I'm sure they could. However since PE90's are prohib (our Swiss Arms rifles are built on tooling specifically for Canada) anything they brought in would be a prohib.
