I grew up on a mink ranch. I literally skinned THOUSANDS of them, and I guarentee that you wouldn't want to eat one. :mad:

I've eaten some pretty wild stuff in my days, although I do have limitations, I'd sure give muskrat a try given the chance and prepared by someone who's done it before. They can snails...;)
