Round butt on a full size pistol

Only Kimber could/would "F" that up.

I think it looks better and I bet in a chest holster out hunting it would not be as prone to pocking a guy or snagging on clothing.... win-win to me.

Clearly it's not a typical CCW bobtail.... :)
 
Like the concept but I'd pass on the ports and vents and agree with Dan on the round but on a longslide - why. If anything i'd want one with a integrated magwell.
 
I would guess the idea is faster follow up shots with the ports, and being that it's aimed at pistol hunters they figure a quick mag change might not be needed.

I can see why some people wouldn't like it though it is a bit different.

I guess those mods may make sense for hunting, though recoil in a longslide is not too bad to begin with. Round butts feel small and awkward on a heavier gun imo so it is the additional real estate of the magwell that I like.
