well ive gone and got myself an AK in 7.62x39
swapped it for a norc m14

its in hunting config, but also comes with a 4x posp scope, vert grip, bipod, and a dragunov stock

im thinking about putting the trigger forward and getting some ultimak rails for the forend and gas tube .

and i think theres enough meat infront of the front sight post for .. you guessed it.. a suppressor

i do agree on the wood, if i can get hold of a set of woods then i will, refinish them nicely.

as for having better tools.. i completley agree .. the AKs are crap but its something you need to have if you can have it ( at least once )

nine: thats exactly what its going to be.. deer and goats .. will probably use it for some service rifle once the stock config is changed.

Why would I want one? The cz858 tac 2 is, by most edumacated folks, superior to the ak47, and available as a non-restricted product. Funny, in the US of A, the cz sell for 2- 3 times what an ak does. (according to guns and ammo, a publisher with more pictures than facts.) The czechs rock the russians in the design dept., always improving rather than adopting. Alright, I'm jealous. Shut up. (insert pout here)
