Oigee Luxor Berlin scope

I've been offered a rifle that wears one of these scopes.
Google did not turn up anything. Can someone here tell me what they are worth so I can make a fair offer on the rifle?

Looks like the 4x version has sold for $150ish from initial findings.

They were worth 150-200 U.S. in '99-2000. I don't have much info here on the Oigee Berlin scopes, except they were made until at least 1918. Usual set up for them was claw mounts for the Mauser action. Most were used as sporters- a few saw use as military snipers- but require provenance of such use, before value can be added. You may be able to find more info on the Oigee scope on the Gunboards military forum...
