Can't tell, might have ear plugs. Note the target shooting setup. SMLE with what appears to be a PH5A rear sight (which is set for a fairly long range), forend fitted with extra band, indicating a "packed" rifle; strap-on elbow pads; two point sling; shooting glove. A bit different from a much more recent "first shot downrange" photo, with an individual weapon in a machine rest.

I have seen several over the years and she is unmistakable!!
