But again, do we not all do our best to mitigate the possiblility by NOT mixing cartridges on the same bench, or whatever?

Again, as previously stated, I am glad no one was hurt.

And that would be a grammar error, not a spelling one(!).

I just found this thread so sorry for the late reply.
The gun in question belongs to me and it just fine.
#### happens, that`s why they are called mistakes and no one was injured so it was a cheap lesson. 4100**** is a stand up guy but not very bright at times :slap::p, he never noticed his mistake I pointed it out when he gave me the last 10 rounds from the box of ammo and complained about the stove pipes.
Seriously though I have shot with him many times and trust him 100%.
You find out who the good guys are when #### goes wrong and he was willing to buy me a new barrel without having the current barrel inspected just in case.A good friend for sure and welcome to borrow anything I own.
