OK, If you HAD to see me ABUSE one gun........

Norinco 1911 if you could afford the ammo. I'd like to see if it would outlast the Kimbers.

Flame proof suit on.

fcuk i tried. i put about 400 or so through it and my hands were getting numb.

needs a hogue grip or some s**t. i usually put at least 300 through it every time it comes out.

Get a mechanics glove with the shock absorbing palm. Or let a manman shoot it.;)

At the defensive pistol course in GP this summer, a buddy put 600 rounds through his Tokarev, no problems.

a glove? that would be against my strict "train like you fight, fight like you train" policy, but i suppose i could make an exception when testing. i should mention i had fired 200 rounds of 357 sig and 100 rounds of 40sw before operation tokarev began that day, otherwise i may have reached my goal of 1000 rounds in an afternoon.....lol:D

maybe i should buy the PRC NP-20 and use the extra cash for a few cases of 9mm and then invite the GP area nutz out to help me shoot 2000 rounds through it in an afternoon, just to see if it could take it. the only cleaning would be a quick bore-snake at 1000 rounds just to make sure the chrome lining was still in the barrel......:dancingbanana:

decisions.....decisions........

LOL, we all understand if you make a concession for testing. I promise not to mention it on Weds. nights, really, I do.;)

Which one's the NP-20? Get lots of mags.:)

I, for one, would like to see you shoot a 44 Mag Ruger Super BlackHawk (SBH) until it is dead. I am wondering how many 300-400 full magnum days you can do? I am willing to bet you or your wallet will break before the SBH:D Regards, Richard:D

if you want to abuse a gun to dead, you need a steel fllame handgun. You can buy a brand new CZ $629 tax included, work out it is cheaper than $600.
Norinco steel flame NZ85 9mm is good but depends on how many luck you have not to pick a lemon.

Dude, you totally replaced your r's with l's! I think I love you!

if only it fell in the under 600 category.lol, usually after 12 rounds of 44 magnum i move on to the next gun.

Stevo, the NP-20 is this marvel of chinese manufacturing sold by Marstar:

I think it has to be a norinco.....either the 1911 clone, the sig clone or the cz clone. The np-20 would be interesting too since it has that gas mechanism and its cheap so you could spend more cash on ammo. I bought a m77b (np-20 with trigger guard cocking) just for ####s and giggles and I'm surprised at how reliable and robust it is. With the exception of the grips, I think it could take a real beating before it died.

^ I was going to mention Police Ordinance Berettas but they are .40's...

How about a Taurus PT 92?

or a Norc' NP22 if it brakes under a year, you'll probably get it repleced for free :p

i'm leaning toward a cheapo norc with extra ammo the more i think about it.

depends on the type of torture testing. i mean if i'm going to freeze it in a block of ice or run it over with a truck and bull$hit like that, much like the other torture tests, then norinco fits the bill. of course the more extreme testing would only come after many thousands of rounds with no cleaning, oil, etc.......think it'd survive my fishtank for a week?

someone make me an offer on my PS2 and games in the EE and i'll be close to having enough funds to kick this project off........lol. lowball me, and have the satisfaction of seeing me shoot a gun till it falls apart:)
