OK, I'm convinced. Where to buy?

Lots of great dealers out there selling at great prices. I think the bottom line is a SKS is just a SKS. You can get run of the mill SKS's and then you can get the SKS that is more pleasing to the eye. If you shop around you can get that perfect "Jizz in my pants" SKS, if there is such a SKS and not have to pay a premium price that some dealers are asking.

Or moreguns supply has a deal now where you buy a case of ammo and get an SKS for $119. Cheapest I've ever seen and you need ammo anyway.

That deal was a one weekend only kind of thing.

If you want just an average SKS to shoot the hell out of, Surplus City has Chinese for $175, and SFRC has Russians for $180.

I've always had good luck with Frontier Firearms out a Saskatoon. Got a laminate from them & it's been good. Various crates of ammo too, as I said they've been good to me
