I found this FN FAL body cover for use with the PVS-2. Is it original Military or a build? Who whoud have used it? Israel?

Holding that top-heavy thing upright must have been a challenge. Of course the FN is heavy... I guess it would be better than the M3 Carbine with night scope.

It is for a metric FAL.

Not sure if its Canadian or not. Mine has a solid rail with no hollow spaces, thats about an inch high and runs the length.
For a definite answer check on Falfiles. They'll know which country issued those.

It ain't Canadian. Looks unit made, like something the Israelis would do. Back in the day, it was better than no NV. With the M14 rail and set up for US PVS2, it is definately something the Israelis would do. They utilized anything they could get their hands on, and did some good stuff.
