ok, opinions and facts needed, CZ 452 Varmint or Savage Mk2 Boyds stock/heavy barell?

To everyone that is saying get it because its made in Canada. I bought a space heater because it said "proudly made in Canada" on it a few weeks later it almost burnt my house down. After that I went back to my 7 year old made in china $15 space heater and works like a champ. was also 3x cheaper. Just because its made in Canada doesn't mean its better. Have to remember the buy building stuff here is going to be getting paid large sum of money every hour.
A few years ago I read that if you wanted a cotton tshirt that was made in Canada it would cost something like $40 for a plain tshirt just because labour is so much here.

All Savage rim fires are made in Lakefield Ontario, Canada. Ordered mine directly from the factory. Which is better? That's a matter of opinion. I got the heavy barreled Mk II with the laminate stock.
It will consistently shoot the primers out of 12 ga shells at 100 metres.
Cz's are made in Czec Republic

I would love to see this. I think you put one to many zero's on that number there buddy.

Primers at a 100? Offhand or a rest???????????????? Had a CZ 452 THV, found it to be accurate but heavy, traded it for a 452 LUX. Still very accurate although I'd have to have quite a few shotgun shells taped together to manage a hit on one of the primers.

its not about how well made it is, if both are good, when I buy something Canadian made I support Canadian people and feed Canadian families.

That said, I am beginning to think maybe the CZ is better anyways. However, if I go for a Savage BV, similar to a CZ Varmint, its about $150 cheaper. Same price gets you a thumbhole stock and stainless.
