OK, What is happening here?

Depending on your chamber the shoulder can stretch out over multiple firings, your casings may have just finally stretched too much.

Yes, I agree. I have seen that happen before with other calibres. It is just that I know the history of these cases and I had only loaded them twice before. I don't use range brass. Well hopefully the camming over from now on deals with the problem. I loaded some up tonight and they go in- they come out. So, thanks.
