okay, who sells brown bear ammo in alberta?

I don't think you will find a bullet heavy enough in a commercial loading to be suitable for Grizzly. Protection or hunting? I don't think a bear would think lightly of 150grn steel core if you're just covering your ass. Better than nothing but not suitable\legal for a hunt.
 
i'm pretty sure i just seen it on your approved ammo list under the bruneal factory or something like that.


So if they're not then who has 7.62x54r in stores in alberta, surplus or not?

Nobody, it is not approved for sale in Canada.

However you MIGHT (but not likely) find a case of very overpriced Czech surplus, most of the reasonably priced Czech surplus was sold out earlier this year. We might get lucky with the next major shipment of Czech surplus within the next half a year.

yeah, i didn't mean "brown bear". I just meant who has 7.62x54r any brand or surplus FMJ in alberta.


might be time to setup for loading.
