This good stuff?. I got a good price for this old stuff at a gun show.

2 3/4 inch, 3 1/2 dram Eq, 1 1/8 oz. of number 6 shot

They look like shoulder kickers for sure seeing how the powder level stops 1/4inch above the brass!.

It works fine. We shot lots of that stuff back in the 60's and 70's. Works great for hunter ed classes as well.

Then again I sold off all my vintage boxes on e-bay where they brought the true value of them and had to be empty
The real bucks are with the old two piece boxes and small gauge
