I have come into possession of some old 243 components and tools that were part of a package deal that I have no use for. I have no idea what a fair price would be so I am asking for advise from people more knowledgeable about these items than I am.

Also an old box of Dominion ammo, just the box.

And 105 pieces of brass. I cleaned them in a stainless steel tumbler and they look good, no cracks or splits. Unclear how many firings though.

I welcome any comments, and thanks in advance for your time and efforts in indulging yet another "What's it worth" thread.

Lee Loader - $20
Powder - Cannot trust it, $0
Bullets - 50% of new, maybe a little less
Books - $5-10 each, maybe
Box - $0
Brass - unknown brass, $20-25 for the lot

The Lee kit is complete and also has the case trimmer with stud and lock ring, primer pocket cleaner, inside/outside neck chamfer tool, older hand primer with shell holder and it's powder scoop and Charge Table . Also whatever the crank tool in the top left of the box is. It has to be worth at least the price of a new Classic Loader kit (about $40.00) because of those extras.
The Winchester booklets were freebies back in the day, and very dated now with no real value except maybe to a collector.
Basic reloading methods are still the same, so about $5.00 for the ABCs book.

I have a brand new but open Classic Lee Loader and could not get $15 for it, the issue with stuff like this is that you do not know how it was treated.

Powder is no longer made. It has about the same burn rate as H4831. As far as it not being trustworthy???? If the full can is still sealed it will be just fine. I wouldn't use the part can.

Because it's almost impossible to find more??? $20

The offer of $40 for the rest is fair. Take him up on it.

Part boxes of bullets are always a crap shoot.
