Thats the first time Ive ever seen button style hunting licences, do you pin it on yourself or on the deer?

I remember having a button type licence back in Newfoundland years ago....think it was for fishing though....but we used it for everything...including hunting and driving

Neat. I see some US states are still using a wearable license. Mostly a paper square you need to wear on your back in a visible manner.

Interesting thanks for posting. I have saved all my hunting and fishing licences and unused tags since the late sixties in a bag. Quite a bag full now. Some day after I am gone they will also end up in an antique store I suppose.

I have saved all my old Licences from day one, plus many others. The only button I personally got was for Guiding Licence in early 70s I had a guide lice for many years, the first 4 or so years it was a button, then went to paper in late 70s. My guide Licence buttons are numbered each year, and all 3 digit...one is 211
