Saved this beauty many years back and gave what is probably its third re-work in its life. First was 1799 per lock stamp probably with barrel shortened to eliminate burned out touch hole area. This lost a third initial on top of barrel leaving first two initials " E and D" on top of breech. Looks to be Ohio Rifle Style but would like confirmation on that. It is a shooter in 34 cal., very accurate with slow twist 1 in 70 rifling. Definitely a game getter for survival in tougher times. Have let it age again after using so it retains much of its original character. Comments please
