I recently bought an older box of leverevolution 32 win spl ammo but noticed the red tips are not flexible, actually quite hard to the touch. This is my first box of Leverevolution and I dont know how soft they're supposed to be. Are these still safe to put in the tube magazine of my model 94 winchester?

Brand new they are pretty firm and not necessarily rubbery. If you press your fingernail into the tip it will leave an imprint that slowly goes away over a few seconds.

Keep in mind they have to deal with getting shot out of a rifle sometimes 1500+ FPS. So they're not like jelly.

Its hard enough that I've got a hard time denting it with my nail and it takes more than a few seconds to go away. I'm not sure how tough the primers are but the red tip almost feels more like plastic than rubber

Worst case if you're that worried you can load one in the chamber and one in the tube and you will have some peace of mind when you shoot
This is what I do if I am using ammo that has a questionable bullet tip on it
Have also reloaded ammo with soft points and do the same thing
