Old milsurp flyer from 1975

At some point original milsurps are gonna give way (price-wise) to reproductions.....:yingyang:

Which is a shame :( , because at one point milsurps markked a perfect intersection of utility, history and affordability.....:wave:

International Firearms lost their nerve when the feds started throwing their weight around over guns. The mood was not friendly to anyone having or selling firearms. International was not run by, shall we say, friends of the recreational firearms community. It was run by businessmen who wanted to make money and not make waves. Anyone who defended gun ownership got metaphorically beaten up. International buckled and moved their operations South where they had more business opportunities. The company still exists in Canada, but they keep a VERY VERY low profile and are nowhere near as prominent profile.

They operate in the USA now under the name Century Arms, nothing left in Canada except a small office and basically empty warehouse and they do not sell retail anymore.
