Looks like a Choate made stock painted green , they go for about $60-65USD new .
They also make them for Mossberg 500's and use to make them for the Ithaca 37 .
The recoil pad looks like its turned around , Heel at the bottom and the toe at the top , am I the only one who see's that ?

Yep, Choate stock with a bad paint job and pad screwed on upside down. That there is funny....
It's an old 870 Police gun from an armoured car company.
Now you meantion it the butt pad does look a little reversed, just picked it up and haven't had time to go over it.
Stock hasn't been painted, for some reason camera makes it look green, but it's original black plastic.
