Hi guys,
my dad passed down an old Mossberg 352K semi auto .22 rifle that his dad bought him when he was a kid. This gun is in great shape, other than the odd jam once in a while. anyway, quick question.
I replaced the firing pin with a new one. Now the gun only shoots about every second round. I will manually eject a round when it does not fire and look at it. They have a slight indent on the casing. If i put the non-firing round back into the rifle it will shoot the second time around. Is this due to the spring being weak or something?
I might put the old firing pin back in. I replaced it due to the above mentioned problem before, but with the old pin in it it fired alot better.
