You beat me to it, totally agree. There is a fair assortment of old paper hulled shotgun shells here, pop a few off for nostalgia purposes every now and then. Plus that whiff of old powder smoke just something to behold.When you say "just dispose of it" I hope you mean shoot it.

Reminds me of when I was a young lad searching for empty shot shells in the marsh off the West dyke in Richmond in October.

Yes sir. I used some Imperial 20 gauge a while back. 50 odd years old and recoil and report were noticeably sharper than modern loads.Those Imperial high brass shells had one hell of a thump to them!![]()
