Gentlemen,
Again this data is for the new guys. The first photo is part of the M1 Garand Case from the old setup at SA. In the center of the case you can see a target which was signed by all at the first firing of the M1 Garand. This next photo is very Important as a guy tried to fire A GRENADE USING A LIVE ROUND.

Try to keep it safe out there because I might be standing next to you on the range.

Yup it does, mind you doesn't surprise me, John did test his rifle to 120,000 PSI and then firing 5,000 service rounds without a problem. Its a pretty bullet proof design. :)

The barrel on the other hand can't really be designed to handle the high pressures as well so makes sense it would fail but the reciever wouldn't. Atleast to me. :)
