You know the saying "good kid, tries hard, bottom third"? Well I'm mortified that I am in bottom third. :D

Oh well, there was not much I could do about hitting the movers since I had to aim off one and a half targets left just to hit the stationary stuff. But I have a line on a garand rear sight that will be on that M14 next shoot. Having the elevation and windage move every shot due to recoil has an adverse affect on accuracy.....oh well, it was still fun out there. Like Rick said, MAKE NOISE!

It was a lot of fun, even for a Yank from Kalifornia. Thanks to everyone who made this match happen. It was one of the highlights of my trip North. Still trying to place names with faces...who was the FLO for Relay 3 and also the scorekeeper/BO for the second half of the match?

Your'e welcome back any time Bro. Thank you for spotting for me. I noted your elbow pads, and I'm thinking it's time for me as well.

Where did you end up camping?

gnmontey: The elbow pads are skateboarder knee pads from WalMart. They work pretty good. especially when it's too warm to wear long sleeves. As for camping, I went thru Sibbald Lake C.G. after the match, but they were full as a tick. I ended up camping at a old gravel pit in the area. Not the swankiest, but the price was right.
 
Marty It was great you could make it and glad you had a good time I hope your trip was great and Luna had a good time . if your up here again let me know there is alway 's at the Waynes Hacendia
