I was just going through a couple of boxes of old shells that were given to me and I've found a bunch of 12ga Eatonias in #2, all waxed paper, as well as some Imperials, also 12ga, mostly #6 in both plastic and paper.
I'm assuming the ones with split brass (ironicaly they're all plastic ones) are not safe to shoot, I'll likely reclaim the shot and powder though.
I'm also assuming the unsplit plastic ones are good to go, but what about the paper? Would they be worth someone with older shotguns, or should I just use them up next bird season?
Thanks for the advice,
Dan
