Old Tasco japan scope worth?

Many of these older scopes can be excellent. Most companies marketed various lines of different grades; the higher grades aren't much appreciated. Often prices are modest - less than current entry level scopes.
I just bought a never been mounted Bushnell Scopechief VI. Scopechiefs are good scopes, Bushnell's better line at the time.
I have always liked the old steel Weaver K and T series.

If it’s made in Japan it’s good, but it’s sometimes hard to navigate the different levels of quality. 300 for a Titan is ok.

I believe I paid $50 shipped for the last Tasco 4x I bought on here, and would expect little more for this. Less, maybe. In my mind, the fixed 4x was worth more than an equivalent variable, because a new Bushnell would usually be a better choice than an old variable with no guarantee or warranty. At least the fixed scope was very clear and robust.
