I found an old wilmot black powder shotgun. Anybody have any idea where to find brass hulls in Canada?

A week ago they had Bertram brass cases.
But why bother?

Bilozir or there's some in the EE.

I think their worth finding for the cool factor if nothing else.

Yeah it's a 12 guage, but after careful consideration, i don't think i can get this one into safe running condition. one hammer wont stay cocked reliably. Im not sure i can un-sieze the firing pins, and the barrel is questionable. not sure if i can punch out the bent bit at the end ether.

So wall hanger it is, im pretty sure its of the 1914-ish sears catalog variety anyways and its sloppy as all hell.

on a side note. with exposed hammer shotguns like this, whats the best way to do a proper de-activation? is welding shut the firing pin holes enough?
