Old winchester ammo questions

I have this full box of 32 wsl and I dont know much about it and if it's value I picked it up for 10 bucks at a auction thank you for your time

If thats scotch tape on it then the value of the box drops dramatically. Last boxes of that I saw were being sold (asking) 80-90$, the ammo 2-3 bucks a rounds.

It's a type of srink wrap i believe
