My buddy offered me his old browning BBR in 243, it's in decent shape but it has been hunted with and does have marks on it here and their, just wondering what its worth there does not seem to be to many of these go through the EE?
I will give you 200$ for it .rust and all. ..you will have to check the bore look for Pitting .still a nice rifle just needs a real good cleaning. Hope you did not pay to much. .D

That's not a BBR. The action and barrel were made by sako for browning. They are excellent rifles. At $300 you stole it in my opinion. Another one just sold here on CGN for $750 a few days back. The only thing I don't like about them is the weird barrel contour and the engraved floor plate.

I've always just heard them called sako/brownings. I believe it's sako's L579 action with the dovetails removed.
