I have a 70's vintage T-bolt that I need a front sight for ( I plan on putting a peep sight on the dovetail rail if I can find one)

Is there any place in canada to source such things?

Thanks

Picture would sure help.
Might you be talking about a Mossberg
Like maybe a 146A

There are a few on here with extra parts...some prices are reasonable...some are way over priced
So buyer beware.

Sounds like he's talking about a Browning T-bolt, OP, does your barrel have the ramp in place and your just looking for a dovetail front sight?

The original peeps are nothing special and pop up on the E.E. for around $100 or so but if you need a new front sight and your not trying to get it back to original condition you could get a necg or similar peep for the 3/8" rear dovetail and then get a front sight of the right height to make it all work.

Wild Bill has a rear sight for sale at about twice what I paid for one a few years back....

Assuming? the barrel still has the front sight ramp soldered on the end.....? All you need is a typical dovetail front sight from Williams or Marbles. They come in wide or narrow I think the T-Bolt has a narrow base but it's easy to measure.

Williams Classic Sights, WGRS Series Receiver Sights - Fits 3/8" Rimfire Dovetail would work if you can find one.....

The necg is nice as well,

An alternative to fit that dovetail that's metal and possibly available for less would be a Williams wgrs-54 is it, think Epps had some recently. Or as mentioned the original plastic body peeps come up here and there for upwards of $100 ee or auction.

Just make sure you can find the correct williams peep for 3/8" rimfire grooves, Skinner is another option for you and might be easier to order direct from Skinner.

T Bolt ??? That doesn't look like a "T" .

Old man Browning must have been drunk when he named that one....:stirthepot2::stirthepot2:

John Browning had nothing to do with the invention or development of this rifle. In fact nobody from the Browning family did. Apparently the T-Bolt design was brought to FN by a private inventor.

That Private inventor was an American by the name of Jack Donaldson,,,, And WGP has original front sights for the Belgium T-Bolt.
