Who stocks or imports these ? Single shot 22cal (free pistol) . Cant find a lot on Olympic pistols....especially used ones.

Some shooting org's such as the Saskatchewan Target Shooting Association or the Alberta Handgun Association sometimes will have sub forums with buy and sell webpages for their members.
Other than this, I personally know of only one rimfire target pistol that meets this criteria; Calgary Shooting Centre does have one Hammerli Model 160 with RH grip. (22 LR single shot)
This is the electronic trigger variant of the mechanical trigger Hammerli Model 150.

GSP's and such aren't Free pistols which are a totally different discipline (Free pistols barely even look like a firearm). That style of shooting was always sort of a specialty niche. Your average gun store usually didn't carry them even back when ISU style shooting was popular. Even stores that would carry high end target pistols (the Walthers, Hammerlis and such) a free pistol would be a special order item, and you would be talking a year (sometimes more) wait time.

^Ditto, I am the one and only FP shooter in a club of 500. Official matches average about four people for this specific shooting discipline, that I have attended personally.
And even amongst fellow handgunners that splurge on red dot equipped Walther GSPs and Pardinis, FP & AP pistol shooters are the lonely ones amongst the crowd.

The Toz 35 (Vostok) is the only "single shot". Seems like a good deal at $495 ?

Think about the other side of the transaction. Who is going to sell a competitive gun? No. If the gun is winning, never sell. If it isn't competitive, well maybe think about possibly selling. If it is in the store, it is definitely a dog.
From experience, the shooters who are winning might tell you what works, but they aren't going to give up every secret.

Price isn't bad but it's a lefty so realize you will be looking at another few hundred to change the grips if you're a right handed shooter. They also have a drulov listed,it's an entry level free pistol as well. I have one that has been a reliable pistol but the grips leave something to be desired.
I hav a friend in or near Edmonton that has a couple of them but does not compete but once a year at by championships with that and crossbow and rifle I think and they get some money from one Europe country

There are a lot of reasons for someone to sell a gun, and what you have stated is just not one of them! Shooters sell free pistols because they are upgradiing, or getting out of the sport due to age or other interests.
As for shooters divulging secrets, I guess you and I deal with different shooters. The ones I deal with and compete with are more than happy to talk about what they are doing and how they are training.
A Vostok is a fine entry level pistol due to the price and is a viable competition pistol for a long way up the competition ladder.

At the very top level of competition you may be right, but I've found everyone at the club and even provincial/regional levels to be very willing to share what they know.
I'll call that Bullpoo.
Every competitor I ever met in any discipline, was pretty darn happy to help out the new folks, bring new blood to the table, and raise the level of the local competition, as it gives them something to strive to beat.
Unless they were a total loser, anyway, trying to 'protect' their petty position. Those folks are pretty rare though, and well worth avoiding.
My observation is that the hardware is really really good, and that the largest component of the shooting games, is the Indian not the Arrow. If the shooter THINKS he or she needs new equipment, then they buy it and sell what they had. Self made head games, are the biggest hurdle to cross. The rest is practice practice practice, and physical conditioning.

Is McDougall Imports still around? They used to handle a lot of target stuff on the West Coast, I seem to recall.
