OMG!!! Now I had seen it all...!!!

If it means more semi-auto in the hands of civilians... I'm all for it!

And if they come in at the $1000 price point, I might just have to buy one :pirate:

It appears to me that Remington made the "Sporting Use" definition arguement for the AR easier for us to get them back to non-restricted. (Not that we didn't have it before.)

Now we have to convince the government that they (ARs) do indeed have a use other than target shooting. (I've gone blue and passed out before from holding my breath.)

Maybe I'll pop on down to SIR today and see if SIR/Cabela's will be offering this little gem.

!

Now average Joe can run in a average sporting goods that sell Remington stuff and see, hold one, or could ask for ordering one and get involved into shooting black guns...

Great thing in my book!
:)

The only immediate positive impact this may have for the Canadian market is that it may make it through the Department of State easier for export. This would mean more ARs on the Canadian market and may drive down the prices a bit.

No, Cerberus bought up Bushmaster in 06 and then bought up Remington. in 07.

It will be funny if they merge bushmaster with Remington......no more bushmaster, all the ARs will be stamped Remington. That makes sense too, they probably have merged the distribution network together - horizontal integration to capture a spectrum of the industry.

paint it black, no way. i like the look of the camo, it goes well with my new remington jacket. and its a good price too.

can we use the remmy rebaites?
