Omni Red Dot sights

Anyone know the status of "Omni", or "Omni Mk-1" red dot sights?

I have been looking at this red dot from vortex I'm going to WSS tonight to see how it looks.

Actually have one coming on an "open" pistol I bought. Its not new but I can't find anything on the internet about them. They resemble a C-more but have more whistles and bells. Figgure they must have stopped production. Its called an Omni Mk-1. Has adjustable 2,4,8,12 MOA dot, screw on lens protector and rubber cover. Looks great! Can't find the maker ?
