I am interested in parkerizing one of my gun, and need some information.

Is there anyone in canada doing gun parkerization ? Is it more/less expensive than bluing ?Is it easy to do it at home myself ? Do anyone in Canada carry/sell the solution ? What is the process?

Can Anyone help?

"...anyone in Canada..." Yep. Not sure who anymore though. It used to be that you could take the parts into any metal finishing shop, but the Socialist F**ks decided any business and its employees doing anything to or with firearms have to have a PAL.
"...more/less expensive..." Usually less as it doesn't require the polishing. And it can be done at home with a kit. Somebody will be along with the name of the guy selling the kits.

Jeff Smith at Valley Gunsmithing in Petawawa does it. I had a Malin 336 done by him and it turned out really well. Do a search for Smith Tac and you should be able to find his web page.

Nice work for sure , It look brand new! So far I am not sure what type of finish I will go for. If I could do a nice parkerizing job myself at home (with a kit) it would be much cheaper as I already have at least three time its market value in $$ & time invested in this little shotgun, I am looking to give it a military look finish yet having a good rust protection.

"Radocy" brand works very well. You need a bath in which the pieces can be immersed, with a sub-boiling temperature. Phosphate process etches a bit, best not to do the bore. Works best if surfaces to be finished are either etched or blasted.

Is that someting I ca do at home in the stove or stove top? or is there to many fumes produced during the process ?

How can the bore be sealed ?

Do it in the Garage,
PVC pipe has been suggested for container to dunk barrels in, dunno for sure.
Wonder if vinyl Eaves Trough would work.
Make wooden plugs for barrel.

Read the info at the PJ's site.
Bath of Muriatic Acid then in to a bath of Distilled water then in to a bath of Park solution then in to bath of Oil.

Fill the barrel with clean water before corking it. This way, the heat won't pop the corks.
I've used a threaded rod through the bore, with nuts to press plugs in.
