You can always make a 300mag shoot like a 30-06 or a 308. You can't make either of the latter shoot like a 300mag. 300 mag ammo is just as common as anything else in the poll, gives you a bit more reach for when you need it, and when you get right down to it, is way cooler that anything listed in the poll......
